By using the Services (education/mentorship, consulting, recruitment, digital products), you agree to these Terms.

Accounts & Security

Keep credentials confidential; notify us of unauthorized access.

Payment & Refunds

• Pay all fees and taxes when due. Installments authorize scheduled charges.
• Digital products: Final sale; see Refund Policy for narrow exceptions.
• Training/Mentorship tuition: Non-refundable once you access course materials or attend the first live session. A 3-business-day pre-start cancellation window (less admin fee) applies unless otherwise stated in your Enrollment Agreement.
• Consulting/Recruitment: per service order; prepaid hours non-refundable once work begins.

Acceptable Use & IP

No misuse, scraping, or infringement. All content is owned by The Ighalos Systems, Inc; license is limited and non-transferable.

Third-Party Services

Referenced tools have their own terms; we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers & Liability

“AS IS” services; no warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification & Suspension

You agree to indemnify us for violations of these Terms. We may suspend/terminate for violations or risks.

Governing Law, Venue & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the State of Maryland, USA; exclusive venue is the state and federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland. We may elect confidential binding arbitration in Montgomery County, Maryland.
