This role is perfect for an experienced product manager with a passion for teaching and mentoring individuals who are new to the field of product management. About the Role:

As a Product Management Technical Coach/Mentor, you will guide and teach aspiring product managers who are new to the field. You will provide them with a solid foundation in product management concepts, assist with practical exercises, and support their journey to develop key skills in managing products effectively and preparing for a successful career in product management.

Responsibilities:

• Teach and guide students who are just starting their product management careers.
• Cover foundational concepts such as product lifecycle, roadmap creation, stakeholder communication, and user research.
• Teach advanced topics like Agile methodologies, backlog prioritization, and metrics for measuring product success.
• Conduct virtual classes and hands-on sessions to reinforce product management principles.
• Provide constructive feedback on case studies, projects, and mock scenarios.
• Share insights about career paths in product management, industry trends, and job responsibilities.
• Help students develop problem-solving and decision-making skills for real-world product challenges.
• Create and maintain lesson plans, tutorials, and resources tailored to beginners.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience in product management, with expertise in managing diverse product portfolios.
• Proficient in key tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, and Aha!.
• Strong communication and teaching skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.
• Must possess certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Institute Certifications.
• Passion for mentoring and helping students succeed in their product management careers.
