Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Ighalos Systems, we are committed to delivering exceptional results-driven programs that help you launch a fulfilling career in tech. 

We understand that job placement can be influenced by external factors. That’s why we offer a Compensation Refund Policy for students who have completed the entire program and actively participated but still did not secure a tech job.

To ensure a fair and transparent experience, please review our refund and cancellation terms below:

📅 Cancellation Policy

  • Before Onboarding
    If you cancel before your official onboarding session, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of your request.


  • After Onboarding
    Once you've been onboarded and gained access to course materials or sessions, no refunds will be issued—regardless of participation level. By attending or accessing program materials, you agree to this policy.

💸 “WE PAY YOU” Compensation Guarantee

If You Don’t Land a Tech Job, We Will Pay You!

As part of our commitment to your success, we offer a Compensation Refund Policy under our "WE PAY YOU" campaign for graduates who made genuine efforts but still did not secure a tech role.

You may choose one of the following options:

  • ✅ 25% refund of your sign-up fee
    — If you don’t land a job within 180 days (6 months) after graduation.
  • ✅ 50% refund of your sign-up fee
    — If you don’t land a job within 365 days (12 months) after graduation.

⚠️ Only one option can be claimed. This is a goodwill-based discretionary payment, not a Mandated refund.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for compensation, you must:

  • Complete the full program
  • Attend at least 85% of sessions
  • Submit all assignments and participate in assessments
  • Show proof of active job search (applications, interviews, outreach)
  • Not violate any program rules or terms

🚫 Not Eligible for Refund or Compensation If:

  • You cancel the program after onboarding
  • You disengage from classes or fail to complete assignments
  • You decide tech is not for you or stop trying
  • You breach program terms or misrepresent your participation
