Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 11, 2025

Scope

(A) Digital Products and (B) Services (training/mentorship tuition; consulting/recruitment retainers).

A. Digital Products

Final sale once access is granted. Exceptions: duplicate purchase (proof) or verified technical issue preventing access (report within 7 business days).

B. Training/Mentorship Tuition

• Cancel within 3 business days before accessing materials or attending the first live session for a refund minus 10% admin fee/unrecoverable costs.
• Once access/first live session occurs, tuition is non-refundable.
• Any separate performance/compensation programs are governed by their own written criteria and require full compliance.

C. Consulting & Recruitment

Retainers/prepaid hours are non-refundable once work begins; remaining balances may, at our discretion, be credited toward future services.
