This role is perfect for an experienced Scrum Master with a passion for teaching and mentoring individuals who are new to Agile methodologies. Per hour depending on experience.

About the Role:

As a Scrum Master Technical Coach/Mentor, you will guide and teach aspiring Scrum Masters who are new to the field. You will provide them with a strong foundation in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and servant leadership, assist with hands-on simulations, and support their journey to obtain certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). You will help students build confidence and prepare for successful careers as Scrum Masters.

Responsibilities:

• Teach and guide students who are just starting their Scrum Master careers.
• Teach foundational Agile concepts such as Scrum framework, sprint planning, retrospectives, and Agile metrics.
• Conduct virtual classes and interactive exercises to reinforce Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Assist students in preparing for certifications like CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.
• Provide constructive feedback on Agile exercises, team facilitation scenarios, and Scrum simulations.
• Share insights about career paths in Agile, industry trends, and Scrum Master job responsibilities.
• Help students develop their servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills in Scrum environments.
• Create and maintain lesson plans, tutorials, and resources tailored to beginners.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with deep expertise in Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
• Strong communication and teaching skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for beginners.
• Must possess advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM II/III), or SAFe Scrum Master.
• Passion for mentoring and helping students succeed in their Scrum Master careers.
